bioreactors (20L, 300L and 2500L), Wave Bioreactors® (20L, 50L, 200L), incubators, purification systems,
two aseptic vial filling machines,
a WFI system, autoclaves, a depyrogenation oven, vial and stopper washers, coldrooms, analytical
equipment, etc. Class 100,000 clean rooms occupy about 8,000 square feet, Class 10,000 clean rooms occupy
about 500 square feet, and Class 100 clean rooms occupy about 100 square feet. Critical equipment and
processes have been validated and the facility has been inspected by a number of regulatory agencies.
